SUBMISSIONS

All applicants must complete the form below.  For a detailed description of the event, please read our Information Sheet for artists/vendors. 

​If you require a tent you can rent one from Higgins Event Rentals at a discount.  For the Tent Rental Form, please click here.

Submission deadlines
Earlybird deadline:  February 15 at midnight ($135 booth fee)
Final deadline:  March 7th at midnight (earlybird pricing extended)

BIOGRAPHY
Your bio should include a brief personal history, education, and a mention of other festivals you may have participated in.
(250 words max.)

DESCRIBE YOUR WORK
Describe your materials and techniques used to produce your work as well as the approximate size of your pieces.

PHOTOS
Your five photos (in .jpg format) must be of current work that will be sold in your booth. A picture of your booth is helpful to the Jury.

JURYING
Our jury is paid so there is a non-refundable jury fee of $25 per application.  Please complete the credit card details at the bottom of the application form.
